Pre buried cast concrete pile is drilled and bottomed with a single axis drill, and cement slurry is injected at the pile end and around the pile, and then the embedded pile is embedded into the foundation pile formed in the hole.
This method adopts the embedded method to construct the prestressed prefabricated pipe pile technology. According to the construction steps of drilling, pile end reaming, cement slurry injection, drilling lifting, and pile planting, the pile foundation is made of prefabricated pile body, pile end cement slurry, and soil to jointly bear the load. The construction period is short, without sediment, hole collapse and necking, good adaptability to complex geological soil layers, no soil squeezing effect, low noise and vibration, and small environmental impact. During construction, there is no need for mud circulation, no need for on-site fabrication of reinforcement cage and concrete pouring. Piles of various specifications are all produced in batches in the factory, saving materials, low project cost and stable quality. This method has high construction efficiency, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection.
